mango jasmine tea
a fruity, floral drink that incorporates one of my favorite fruits – mangoes 🥭! with the heat wave across the country, this drink will give you a little bit of caffeine while keeping it quenching your thirst.
Ingredients
jasmine tea
- 1 tbsp jasmine tea
- 1 cup boiling water
mango puree
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mangos
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar (you can reduce this if your mangos are sweet)
- 1 tsp water
other
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen mangos (sliced into ½ inch cubes)
Instructions
make mango puree
- using a blender or food processor or fork, mix mango, sugar, & water until it becomes a puree.
make jasmine tea
- add jasmine and boiling water to a medium bowl. let it steep for 3 mins.
- use a sieve to remove the tea leaves.
- chill in the refrigerator for 15 mins.
prepare drink
- cut mango into ½ inch cubes.
- add mango puree, ice, jasmine tea, & mango cubes.

special equipment
- sieve: this is also great for removing tea leaves.
- food processor: this one is my favorite and cordless. i love how portable it is, and kitchenaid products have such great durability and longevity.
