mango jasmine tea

a fruity, floral drink that incorporates one of my favorite fruits – mangoes 🥭! with the heat wave across the country, this drink will give you a little bit of caffeine while keeping it quenching your thirst.

Servings 1 drink


jasmine tea

  • 1 tbsp jasmine tea
  • 1 cup boiling water

mango puree

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mangos
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar (you can reduce this if your mangos are sweet)
  • 1 tsp water


  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen mangos (sliced into ½ inch cubes)


make mango puree

  • using a blender or food processor or fork, mix mango, sugar, & water until it becomes a puree.

make jasmine tea

  • add jasmine and boiling water to a medium bowl. let it steep for 3 mins.
  • use a sieve to remove the tea leaves.
  • chill in the refrigerator for 15 mins.

prepare drink

  • cut mango into ½ inch cubes.
  • add mango puree, ice, jasmine tea, & mango cubes.


special equipment

  • sieve: this is also great for removing tea leaves.
  • food processor: this one is my favorite and cordless. i love how portable it is, and kitchenaid products have such great durability and longevity.
